ARTsignment™ to Change Default Thinking to Possibility Thinking:
I invite you
to create 3 boxes that will represent past, present and future.
This is not
about being artistic but more about following the first instincts and creating
the first thing that comes to mind.
With one of
the things that you really want, draw a sketch that symbolizes the significance
of this in your past. It could be a
doodle or a more detailed drawing. This
is about your working with your subconscious mind, from your imagination, your
intuition, your ‘gut’.
Now draw a
sketch that depicts the significance in your current, present life today, at
this very moment.
Finally,
draw a sketch that depicts the future.
