Thanks to lovely Pam Ellis for this picture from her face book. I love the vibrancy of colours and how it inspired me to notice. I love the peace this pictures brings with the balance of colours, shapes
and it shares such harmony.
Playing, balance
Equal amounts of time, not
Balance, harmony
How would it be to play with these ideas, maybe create a haiku and then how would an aspect of this play show up in your day?

Love Pam's image and your haiku as well, Liz!
Your words "not balance, harmony" really resonate with me - because I feel striving for balance sometimes implies "perfect" balance - or "equal amounts" as you also said - which can be difficult to achieve - whereas "harmony" can come in many different forms - is more organic and forgiving - perfect in its imperfection which seems so Kaizen to me.
Thanks and love to you and Pam!
Thanks lovely Jill. I must admit I use to constantly struggle with 'equal amounts' of time because it not possible and not about that. Balance, harmony I now get. Love imperfection aka being real, being human is so Kaizen. I resonate with that too. So thank you for that and love to you. x
